How to Return an Item with Bluebeam Revu Standard Snapshot

Firstly, obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by calling our Customer Service at 31 or by sending us an email through our contact page. This number is crucial for processing your return request.

Once you have the RMA number, carefully package the original item in its original manufacturer's package and include all accessories. Make sure to clearly write the RMA number on the outer box and attach a shipping label to it. Please do not place any stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

Additionally, include the invoice and a brief description of the reason for your return. Place the packaged item into a shipping carton and send it back to us.

Please note that if you fail to meet these conditions, Motion Media reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If you paid by check, please allow 10 business days for a refund check to be issued. For credit card payments, it may take 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
